Offline Poker and Social Play Policy

No chips or Online Gambling

Experto Card Lounge offers exclusively offline, social poker experiences. All games are played with tournament chips that have chip play only and stay as chips for play only. chips-only play or currency is involved in any poker activity. No online gambling services are offered. Chips are for tournament play and social entertainment only.

Tournament Rules

Participation in Texas Hold'em tournaments and other poker events is subject to specific rules set by the venue. These rules may include buy-in requirements (in chips only), blind structures, and conduct expectations.

  • Buy-ins are for tournament entry and are non-refundable.
  • All tournaments are social and for entertainment purposes.
  • The venue reserves the right to modify tournament schedules and rules.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Table Reservations

You can book a table for dining or poker by contacting us via phone or email. Reservations are subject to availability.

We recommend booking in advance for high roller tables and tournaments.

Cancellation and No-Show

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to show may result in restrictions on future bookings.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee (in chips only, if applicable).
  • No-shows may be recorded and affect future reservation privileges.

Age and Conduct Requirements

Age Restrictions

You must be 21 years or older to enter the card room and participate in poker activities. Valid identification may be required. The dining area may allow minors accompanied by an adult, but the card room is strictly 21+. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to prove age.

Conduct Expectations

All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. Disruptive, abusive, or illegal behavior will result in removal from the premises.

  • No cheating or collusion in poker games.
  • No outside food or beverages without permission.
  • Dress code may apply for certain areas.
